Introduction
Avenue.io Inc. ("Attractionator," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Attractionator platform, including our website, dashboard, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you interact with our Platform.
Attractionator is a B2B software platform that provides white-label mobile applications to zoos, aquariums, museums, theme parks, and other attractions ("Clients"). This policy covers data we collect directly as well as data we process on behalf of our Clients.

Website Analytics
When you visit our website, we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL.

Sharing Information
- With Clients: Aggregated and anonymized visitor analytics are shared with Clients through the dashboard to help them understand app usage.

- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
Client account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and for up to six years afterward for tax and legal compliance. Mobile app visitor data is retained for up to four years of inactivity, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
